All orders placed after 11:00 am Pacific time on Fridays will not be processed until 10:00 am Pacific time the following Monday. This includes next day and international shipments. All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS or UPS and will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 or more. Ground shipping generally takes 5-7 business days.

RETURNS
Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be submitted unworn, in perfect condition, with original packaging for a full refund or exchange. International orders, items purchased as an exchange or for store credit, special orders, gift cards, service fees and items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code greater than 15% are final sale and non-refundable.
