I try to be as earth-friendly as possible. Your new piece will be packaged carefully with a combination of recycled bubblewrap, recycled peanuts, Greenwrap and packaging paper to keep it safe & sound.
RETURNS
All of my work is handmade and one of a kind. As a result, minor imperfections, marks, or variations in each piece are natural and expected. These differences give each piece its unique character, charm, and beauty. Just like you!
If you are unhappy with your items, you may returne them within one week (seven days) of receiving your order. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs and safe arrival of returns are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders may be returned only if damaged in shipping.
Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damage and keep all shipping materials for the purposes of filing a claim with the shipping provider.
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
