LOST, DAMAGED AND STOLEN SHIPMENTS
would be resolved between us, our customers, and our shipping service providers. We expect all customers provide a secure environment at their delivery address to receive their delivery. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do if no one is present to accept your delivery and your delivery address is not secure.
