SHIPPING
UPS or FedEx are The Princess and the Bear's carriers of choice. Ground shipping is provided by The Princess and The Bear directly, or though third party partners, via UPS or FedEx at current market rates.
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except DE, KY, MS, OK, UT.
WINE IS A DELICATE COMMODITY
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. The Princess and the Bear is not responsible for, and cannot replace wine that is damaged due to conditions beyond our control, such as by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, the purchaser becomes responsible for the wine. Thank you for your understanding.
We will refund your money or replace any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. If the wine was damaged or flawed, upon return to us you will receive a full refund, including any shipping and handling charges you paid.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from The Princess and the Bear. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from The Princess and the Bear are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
The fine and elegant nose with notes of violet and raspberry, gives way to a fresh and delicious palate. The minerality is accentuated in the attack before letting the fat and the elegance of black fruits finish the mouth.
